CCA presents: Open Seminar: Rhodessa Jones, The Medea project

The CCA community is invited to join an open seminar session to hear Rhodessa Jones—actress, teacher, writer and Co-Artistic Director of the acclaimed San Francisco performance company Cultural Odyssey—talk about her work as Director of the award winning Medea Project: Theater for Incarcerated Women and HIV Circle.
The Medea Project is a performance workshop designed to achieve personal and social transformation with incarcerated women and women living with HIV.
This event is co-sponsored by the President’s Diversity Steering Group, the Graduate Film program, the Graduate Program in Visual and Critical Studies, and the undergraduate Visual Studies Program. Rhodessa Jones received an honorary doctorate from CCA in 2004.
