The Master’s Thesis Project is the capstone of the Visual and Critical Studies program. For the Master’s Thesis Project, students apply their advanced knowledge of visual culture and their facility with diverse critical methodologies to an individual research project. Each member of the 2016 cohort will present a visual and oral presentation of their thesis statements—elaborating on the thesis argument and providing some context for the claim and thesis statement.
