Jerome Reyes is an artist, researcher, and educator working with the collaborative potentials of institutions, alterity, and architecture. As Artist Liaison for Stanford University’s Institute for Diversity in the Arts, he teaches courses and designs partnerships with artists, curators, scholars, and organizations outside the university. He works with social justice organizations in the South of Market area of San Francisco, and is Researcher at Asia Culture Center, Gwangju, Korea. He holds an MFA from Stanford University and a BFA at the California College of the Arts. He has been a recipient of the Art Matters Foundation Grant, Joan Mitchell Foundation MFA Award, Center for Cultural Innovation Investing in Artists Grant, and San Francisco Arts Commission Individual Artist Grant.
